Going back....

Driving familiar roads, stopping at familiar stops, places I have been dozen of times....but with a companion, a. Friend , a familiar conversation,  a lover, a father, a grandfather, a son, a brother,now alone...s familiar joke, lake, rest stop, scent, rock, river...jolted by elko red trucks...

Familiar, comfortable, known.......

So different, alone, new ...

Listening to the song "courageous". ....I can does this in God's power, not my own..

Tears...memories...laughter, ,memories.  ..now to new  beginnings.

We have always said it is hard. Going back,,,it is...old house, office, sights, friends,  all familiar...all different....

All need to be faced....no one can do it for you

please, God,hold my hand like you have done through this whole season.....thank you so much..for your care, your compassion, your restoration,  your Word, your comfort...

Thank you for the children that You blessed us with,, heal them...the all  of us ....
