Reaching.....always reaching.....

Reaching....

When I think of reaching, the picture on the ceiling of the Cistine
Chapel comes immediately to mind, finger of God reaching toward man, giving him life.....

Or, Moses reaching the border of the promised land, looking, but not entering into....

The first time the word reach is used, is a warning about to reaching out as taking from The tree of life...

Following that is Noah, reaching out to take the dove which he had sent out.....bringing him safely back into the ark...

People tried to reach toward the heavens with the building of the Tower of Babel ....
Lot reaching Zoar ......

Abraham reaching the place where God told him....
Jacob seeing the stairway reaching toward heaven.....

Various people's cry reaching for God help in times of need....

Reaching borders, reaching the battle....reaching the heavens....reaching destinations....always reaching....

Jesus reaching down to heal......to write in the dirt......to us....

What am I reaching for.....reaching to.....

2 Corinthians 4:15
All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.

Thank you for the grace that is reaching more and more.......reaching.....always reaching....

Deuteronomy 30:10-12
10 if you obey the Lord your God and keep his commands and decrees that are written in this Book of the Law and turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. 11 Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach. 12 It is not up in heaven, so that you have to ask, “Who will ascend into heaven to get it and proclaim it to us so we may obey it?”

Psalm 48:10
Like your name, O God, your praise reaches to the ends of the earth; your right hand is filled with righteousness.

Psalm 57:10
For great is your love, reaching to the heavens; your faithfulness reaches to the skies.

Psalm 71:19
Your righteousness, God, reaches to the heavens, you who have done great things. Who is like you,
