Psalm 100….
Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth!
Serve the Lord with gladness!
Come into his presence with singing!
Know that the Lord, he is God!
It is he who made us, and we are his;we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise!
Give thanks to him; bless his name!
For the Lord is good;his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.
Ps.100.1-5
When I read Psalm 100…what a joyous picture it makes… it reminds me of Jesus triumphal entry… or David’s welcoming the Ark…or God’s word written on the doorpost and gates…
Or the picture we all think of walking into heaven…with songs of praise…
Even Jesus carrying the cross…was triumphant…he was headed to victory…
Thank YOU
The next day the large crowd that had come to the feast heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem.
So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!”
And Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, just as it is written, “Fear not, daughter of Zion;behold, your king is coming, sitting on a donkey's colt!”
John.12.12-15
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart.
You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes.
You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
Deut.6.4-9
And David danced before the Lord with all his might. And David was wearing a linen ephod.
So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the Lord with shouting and with the sound of the horn.
And they brought in the ark of the Lord and set it in its place, inside the tent that David had pitched for it.
And David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the Lord.
And when David had finished offering the burnt offerings and the peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the Lord of hosts and distributed among all the people, the whole multitude of Israel, both men and women, a cake of bread, a portion of meat, and a cake of raisins to each one.
Then all the people departed, each to his house.

Lift up your heads, O gates! And be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.
Ps.24.7+9
Blessed is the one who listens to me,watching daily at my gates, waiting beside my doors. For whoever finds me finds life and obtains favor from the Lord,
