It is finished....

It is finished.....

Today, we start to return to reality...the end of a lovely journey into the tropics...

We have our last buffet breakfast, board our last bus, see our last sights and head across the US, hoping to make connections to all of our flights before the next big storm...put on our coats against the cold which we left a short Time ago...the warmth has been a treat, the sunshine, the wonderful  variety of people, cultures, from all walks of life and places in the world...

I have been pampered, served, gifted...by many...now it is time to face the same for others as I return .....

What a blessing it has been....rejuvenation, refreshment, warmth...sunshine, ...I have to admit, it is hard sometimes to be pampered...it could go to a better cause, or someone else could use the funds, ...but on the other hand it does furnish employment for others as well.   There is a balance in there somewhere...and I don't need to take on false guilt which is easily done for me...I have to do the things that I have peace with... And not try to take on things that I am not called to do...

Thank YOU, for the blessings that YOU have bestowed so freely, whether at home, around the world...the refreshment You provide, the time away...grant me the wisdom to know what is right, what is pure, what is honorable that glorifies You in all the things that come my way...

Come to Me for rest and refreshment. The journey has been too much for you, and you are bone-weary. Do not be ashamed of your exhaustion. Instead, see it as an opportunity for Me to take charge of your life.

Remember that I can fit everything into a pattern for good, including the things you wish were different. Start with where you are at this point in time and space, accepting that this is where I intend you to be. You will get through today one step, one moment at a time. Your main responsibility is to remain attentive to Me, letting Me guide you through the many choices along your pathway.

This sounds like an easy assignment, but it is not. Your desire to live in My Presence goes against the grain of “the world, the flesh, and the devil.” Much of your weariness results from your constant battle against these opponents. However, you are on the path of My choosing, so do not give up! Hope in Me, for you will again praise Me for the help of My Presence.
