Patient......

Patience .....

Standing in front of the microwave, complaining because it is not fast enough...

Stuck in traffic, for "hours" at a time...

Waiting for a computer to re-boot.....yet again...

Waiting for the last ones to arrive.....

Changing yet another diaper...

Sitting in a doctors office, surrounded by coughing people....

Waiting for the doctor's diagnosis.....

Each enough to wear down one's patience.....but there we are....waiting....patiently or not so patiently...some trying , others annoying, but waiting just the same....oh, how the wait seem endless.....our patience is tried .....how are we reacting....that is the bottom line....

Are we known as inpatient or patient, slow to anger or hot tempered, on time or "....always late", calm or irritable.....are we seeking or just annoyed....

Thank you for the word "patient".  It is not a word that comes to mind or heart easily ...You display it, and expect us to do likewise.....we can only do it with Your divine help and intervention....thank you that you care enough to help...and are patient with me....
