Laughter....

Laughter.....

I tend to think that God has a sense of humor .....there times in my life when, I look around and say, "God must have found that funny or delightful".  When he knows the end product or event....when we are caught in wonder or off guard...

When he sat around the table or on the slopes of the hills teaching or interacting with his disciples or the table at the meals..there must have been some laughter...a funny story or antidote....maybe I am reading into the Word and I don't want to, but I still imagine laughter...people need laughter and we have it as part of our makeup, our emotions....

when he talked to the children or held them....or the smile he gave to others....at different occasions...the times spent with His friends, mary, martha and Lazarus.... Or in creation....the abundance of life, all so different and delightful....

Can't you just hear His holy laughter, pleased with each new animal, bird, tree, flower...man...the delight, the wonder...

Just think, He spoke and it came to pass.....delightful...powerful...wanting to share it...

Thank you, GOd, for laughter...rejoicing, delighting .....help me to know when to laugh, delight, rejoice....that it would be a reflection of your Joy...
