Comforting verses…6…pain and gain…

Comforting  verses …6…Pain and gain…

Yesterday I spent three hours at the cancer clinic in the morning...another pain killer shot..and talk with cancer doc..

best take away from conversation.... ""we are going for a cure for you. So giving you all we have to make that work...so sometimes

might be tougher...but that is what we expect """😳😀

I thought about the doctor’s statement…isn’t that what Jesus says to us as well…He wants us transformed and that transformation doesn’t necessarily come with no pain, no problems…He talks about count in all joy in various situations…giving thanks in all things…there will be suffering…but….there is reward…there is the end goal…righteousness, eternity with Him…

Thank YOU….

“Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand” (Ephesians 6:13 NIV).

And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.

Col.1.9-12

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.

2Cor.4.17

“Ah, Sovereign LORD, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm.

Nothing is too hard for you” (Jeremiah 32:17 NIV)

even the darkness is not dark to you;the night is bright as the day,for darkness is as light with you.

Ps.139.12

……I have loved you with an everlasting love;therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.

For I will satisfy the weary soul, and every languishing soul I will replenish.”

At this I awoke and looked, and my sleep was pleasant to me.

Jer.31.3b, Jer.31.25,26

Blessings….
