My mind's picture this a.m. was in a stable....with wide eyed shepherds, watching a tiny baby...stretching, yawning, watching a blurry world, wrapped in soft cloths, listening to his mother gently speaking...a father, near, guarding this precious bundle..the bed , soft with hay, smells and sounds of animals nearby...a clear night that had been filled with heavenly hosts, crisp air....otherwise quiet...murmuring...mystery...the town is probably asleep...not knowing, caring nor comprehending this "once in a lifetime" event....
A tiny baby holds the world in his tiny, pudgy hands...
And a mother ponders these things...
All the while his Father fills the space with His infinite presence, as well..I don't know how that happens, but He is ever present...all knowing...all powerful....all...
