 Every nation…

Chapter 2 of Acts speaks  of the day of Pentecost…when people were gathered from all over together…there was no mistake of the time, year or date in God’s timing…less than two months after Christ’s crucifixion…the Promised Holy Spirit came…when every nation could hear Peter’s address, his plea for their very souls…such a wide audience….and about 3000 were added, it says….it makes you wonder what did they all say when they returned to their homes far away…”every nation”…

Several mission organizations are using the theme, “to the ends of the earth”….giving that same  message of Jesus now and have been for years…maybe not in the town square, but, films, cds, pamphlets, Bible translations, watches, electronic devices…or simple flannel graphs….anyway that tells the true story of Jesus…

So the that people from every nation will stand someday they will stand before the Throne…in praise…

Acts.10.34-36

 And they sang a new song, saying:“You are worthy to take the scrolland to open its seals,because you were slain,and with your blood you purchased for Godpersons from every tribe and language and people and nation.

Rev.5.9

 After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice:“Salvation belongs to our God,who sits on the throne,and to the Lamb.”

Rev.7.9-10

 Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth—to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, “Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water.”
